7. Equipment and Upfits
Vehicles may include partitions, shelving, flooring, wall panels, racks, storage systems, safety equipment, or other upfits.
Unless expressly included in a signed sales document, website descriptions and photographs do not guarantee that a particular item, brand, layout, or configuration will be included with a vehicle.
Equipment and upfit requirements should be confirmed in writing before the purchase is finalized.
8. Warranties and Sales Documents
Any warranty, service commitment, return policy, “as-is” provision, or other vehicle-specific term will be stated in the documents applicable to the individual transaction.
